Pages displaying out of order

Hello, I'm having an issue where any double-page spreads are appearing at the end of the comic, out of order, and making the reading experience very confusing. I assume this is due to the way the individual files are named, but it seems unrealistic to go through and manually rename hundreds of comics. Is there a fix or work around for this issue?

I'm running the Windows 10 version from the App Store, if that makes a difference.
