Manage read status & hide read chapters/folders

Some feature requests for file browser

• Filters for files & folders. Hide other than filtered items.
• Easily select multiple folders and mark as read
• Display number of chapters below folders
• Display overall read progress
• Reading in progress flag
  

Whenever new file gets added to a hidden folder (all previous files read), then the folder should become visible again and display only that new unread chapter.
