magnifying glass from Perfect Viewer - donimo - 12-31-2016
The selective zoom from perfect viewer on android was great for smaller tablets or comics with small text/details. Like the magnifying glass in an eBay pic. I loved it for comics and its just long-tap and scroll around. Thanks, great app!
