My suggestion is to add automated and/or manual settings for images, such as those implemented in PerfectViewer, ComicRack, Cover, Honeyview. The best performing one among the mentioned software is for me that in Comic Rack.
This is really a killer feature for me, using a high definition tablet with all kinds of higher and lower quality images, because it permits to read text without it being blurred and having more vivid colors and blacks.
